PHYSICAL
Question #1: How are you handling physical injury or pain? Do you spend more time complaining or emoting about the problem or is your effort and energy focused on doing what it takes to recover, to fix the problem?

MENTAL
Question #2: What are your first thoughts about handling adveristy? Does adversity refine your life or are you defined by the adversity you face?
Mindset Tool: Adversity builds character in our lives. Until we experience heartache, disappointment, and pain, we are not totally equipped to live out the purpose in our lives.
SPIRITUAL
Question #3: What is the state of your heart at this moment? Is it full of fear, worry, concern or is it full of the truth your values represent?
Mindset Tool: Proverbs 4:2: Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
CONSIDER YOURSELF CHALLENGED! Reflect on these three questions based on your own personal experience. Use the mindset tools to lead you to the honest and authentic answers for your life, then write down your thoughts. If you struggle to answer these questions, maybe it’s time for you to do some work to grow your mindset.
